⏳ Order Cut-Off Time

- Orders placed after 5 p.m. (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

- If your package is damaged on arrival, contact us immediately for assistance.
- While we’re not responsible for losses in transit, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
- Keep all packaging materials and provide photos if needed.
